Schools
- 620 schools received AYP determinations
- 409 (66 percent) made AYP
- 211 schools (34 percent) did not make AYP
- Of the 211 schools that did not make AYP:
- 59 are on Alert (first year of not making AYP)
- 112 are in Improvement Year 1 status (two years of not making AYP). This includes eight schools that were in Improvement Year 1 last year, but made AYP this year.
- 18 are in Improvement Year 2 status (three years of not making AYP). This includes five schools that were in Improvement Year 2 last year, but made AYP this year.
- 35 are in Improvement Year 3 status (four years of not making AYP)
- There are no schools in Improvement Year 4-6 status
Districts
- 123 districts received AYP determinations

- 59 districts/local education agencies (48 percent) did not make AYP
- Of the 59 districts/local education agencies that did not make AYP:
