SDFS Web-based Incident Tracking System for School Year 2008-09
Below are instructions on how to use the Safe and Drug-Free Schools web-based incident tracking system.
Please make sure this process is put into practice for the 2008-09 school year. This is the only acceptable
method to track incidents for the State. This is part of the requirements for the No Child Left Behind Act - Safe and Drug-Free School Community Act. The deadline for submitting the incident reports and signed assurance form
to SDE is June 8th.
