Reimbursement Workshop Registration Form


The State Department of Education will be holding five separate transportation reimbursement workshops throughout the state.
 All workshops will be one full day from 8-5. The first workshop will be held in Blackfoot on August 4, next will be Burley on
August 6, Coeur d'Alene will be on August 11, Moscow will be on August 13th, and Boise will be August 18.
Exact locations and an agenda will be e-mailed to the registered parties following registration.
There is no fee for these workshop; however, we do need an accurate count of attendees for location and materials.
