2009-2010 Annual Enrollment Options Survey

Idaho Code Section 33-1402, requires the State Department of Education to conduct an annual survey regarding the enrollment options program to determine, ". . . the number of participants, the number of denied applications, the effectiveness of the program, and other relevant information, and prepare an annual report of the program."
