Teacher Performance Evaluation Task Force
Goal:
To develop minimum statewide standards for a fair, thorough, consistent and efficient system for evaluating teacher performance in Idaho.
Funding:
The Legislature allocated $50,000 in the FY 2009 Public Schools Budget for the State Department of Education to put together the Teacher Performance Evaluation Task Force.
Timeline:
Present recommendations for minimum standards to the Legislature, Governor and State Board of Education in January 2009.
