Idaho was one of three states where the percentage of students "At or Above Basic" on the Grade 4 reading assessment was significantly higher in 2005 than in 2003. No state enjoyed a significant increase in the percentage of students "At or Above Basic" on the Grade 8 reading assessment from 2003 to 2005. NAEP's Basic is comparable to ISAT's proficient that is used to report AYP. |
