SDFS Web-based Incident Tracking System 2004-05
 
 
A Safe and Drug-Free Schools web-based incident tracking system has been developed and will begin implementation
the beginning of the 2004-05 school year. The program forms are the same as the paper copies done the previous years.
Below are instructions on how to implement the program. Please make sure this process is put into practice
for the 2004-05 school year. This is part of the requirements for the
No Child Left Behind Act - Safe and Drug-Free School Community Act.
The deadline for submitting the incident reports and signed assurance form
to SDE is the third Friday of June.
