Home / About Us / Departments / Budget & Grant Fiscal

The Budget & Grant Fiscal Team provides essential support and oversight to ensure school districts across the state manage funds responsibly and in full compliance with state and federal regulations. Our team focuses on fiscal monitoring, accountability, training, and providing resources for districts to implement best practices for grant management.

We partner with Local Education Agencies on Child Nutrition, Federal Title Programs, Special Education, state funded grants (such as the Idaho Career Ready Students Fund and Transportation reimbursements), professional development and training through the Grants Communities of Practice and ensure appropriate use of both federal and state funding to enhance educational opportunities for Idaho’s students.

Why do I not have access to any of the IDEA Part B application components?

First be sure you are logged in to the application.

All Districts and Charters must complete the District Home Information located on the home page of the IDEA Part B Application in order to unlock the rest of the IDEA Part B Application components on the left hand side of the screen.

When filling out the District Home Information page:

  • Enter the primary contact name for the person completing the application.
  • The LEA is applying for Preschool funds box is checked by default. Uncheck the box if you are not applying for Preschool funds. The box is not visible for Charter LEAs.
  • Check the second box if there are no private schools located within the boundaries of your district.
  • Save the information

Once this information has been filled out and saved, the rest of the IDEA Part B Application components will be accessible for completion.

If your pre-filled information is incorrect in the application, please contact your IT support staff member and submit an updated directory file for your district via ISEE. Contact your Regional ISEE Coordinator for help with the file.
