Artificial Intelligence
Idaho is paving the way for educators and students throughout the state to become AI literate and better prepared for an ever-changing workforce. Through the passing of SB 1227 during the 2026 legislative session, Idaho was put on the map as a leader in the space of artificial intelligence (AI) and generative artificial intelligence (GenAI). Through the work of an accomplished AI work group, Idaho is leading the way in supporting the K-12 system to become prepared supporting students, teachers, administrators and community members.
