Consolidated Federal and State Grant Application (CFSGA)
The Consolidated Federal and State Grant Application (CFSGA) allows districts to apply for federal and state funds.

The grant award programs under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) of 1965, most recently reauthorized under the Every Student Succeeds Act in 2015, is subject to the General Education Provision Act (GEPA), the Education Department General Administrative Regulations (EDGAR), and Universal Grant Guidance (UGG). In order to assist LEAs in navigating the complex web of fiscal requirements associated with ESEA grants, the Federal Programs team at Idaho Department of Education will provide, develop and provide manuals, resources and training.

The Consolidated Federal and State Grant Application (CFSGA) allows districts to apply for federal and state funds.

This application is designed to help educational entities request reimbursements for allowable costs involving federal flow through grants.
An LEA may receive Title I-A funds only if it uses its State and local funds to provide services in its Title I-A schools that are at least comparable to the services provided in Non-Title I-A schools (ESSA, Section 1118 (c)).
