The goal of the initiative is to provide tools to help educators increase their understanding of the Code of Ethics for Idaho Professional Educators and support ethical decision making through collaborative conversations with peers and building leaders so they can successfully navigate their professional decisions.

ProEthica
ProEthica is a series of seven interactive instructional modules, that offers an in-depth experience focused on techniques and strategies that apply professional ethics to educational decision making across the learning environment.
In addition to offering administrators an opportunity to participate in ProEthica, the Department of Education is in the process of creating a toolkit to help administrators facilitate discussions around ethical decision making.
