Special Education Forms
The Idaho Department of Education, Special Education Department provides financial support for each LEA to utilize an IEP software platform through one of two options. LEAs may opt to:
- Use EDPlan, the optional statewide IEP platform, which houses the most current Idaho processes and forms at no cost to the LEA; or
- Access a “software allocation” provided by the Idaho Department of Education to supplement the purchase of an IEP software platform of the LEA’s choice.
LEAs must select one of the listed options and may no longer opt to use a “paper/pencil” approach to completing and documenting Special Education processes, which includes the exclusive use of previously provided State Forms.
