Idaho Early Learning eGuidelines are a comprehensive research-based foundational document that provides a common language and framework for discussing and describing young children's typical growth. The eGuidelines expand and support the K-12 Common Core Standards by addressing early social and emotional development and approaches to learning and cognitive development through the primary years.
The eGuidelines have been updated to reflect the most current research in child development. In addition, they have been cross walked to the Common Core Standards to the eGuidelines 36 to 60months. The Department of Health and Welfare will be updating the eGuidelines electronic copy to be released January 2013.
