Congratulations to the 64 Idaho DEN members who have achieved Star Status!
Sixty-four Idaho educators have not only become Discovery DEN members, but they have also achieved STAR status. This means that they have shared or delivered two PLC/professional development activities at their school/district level. Congratulations and thanks for your hard work!
What is the DEN?
All Idaho educators and administrators are members of the Discovery Educator Network (DEN), a global community of educators passionate about teaching with digital media, sharing resources, collaborating, and networking. With more than 100,000 members providing professional development to 600,000 educators worldwide, the DEN connects teachers both online and in-person.
Log on to Schoolnet to access the Discovery Education Network (DEN). Then click on the Idaho Blog and communicate with educators all over the U.S. on implementing the CCSS with Discovery digital content! Register to become a STAR by entering your email contact info. STAR members get a free classroom subscription to Discovery's new Science Tech Book for the 2012-13 school year.
