Project Learning Tree, Project WET (Water Education for Teachers) and Project WILD are award winning environmental education programs that are used by educators throughout the U.S. and several other countries to help students achieve education standards while learning about their environments. The guiding principle of the Projects is teaching “how to think, not what to think.” Through interactive and interdisciplinary activities, students gain awareness and knowledge of the environment and skills for becoming effective decision-makers.

This web-site links PLT, WET and WILD activities to Idaho Content Standards to assist you with integrating these quality environmental education materials into your classroom curriculum.

Hint: Start with a broad search. Don't limit yourself to specific subjects or grade levels. You can always narrow your search if a broad search nets you too many responses.
