Indicator A - Achieving Equity in Teacher Distribution

A1 -Discloses the number and percentage of core academic courses taught by highly qualified teachers in the highest poverty and lowest poverty schools

A2 - Discloses for each school, the number and percentage of minority or low income students taught by unqualified\inexperienced\out-of-field teachers

A3 - Discloses by District, the methodology used to evaluate a teacher' performance

A4 - Discloses by District, the number of teachers at each performance level

A5 - Teacher performance ratings are publically disclosed at each performance level for each school in the LEA

A6 - Discloses by District, the evaluation method used to evaluate the principal

A7 - Principal performance ratings are publically disclosed by LEA and at each performance level

Indicator B - Improving Collection and Use of Data

B1 - Indicator (b) 1 indicates that a plan has been provided that discloses which of the 12 elements of the America COMPETES Act are included in the State's state wide longitudinal data system. Link to Assurance (b)1 can be viewed on pages 133 to 138.

B2 - This indicator discloses if the State discloses to mathematics and reading\language arts teachers, timely student growth data on current and previous students. Link to Assurance (b)2 can be viewed on page 138.

B3 - This indicator discloses if the State reports to mathematics and reading\language arts teachers, individual teacher impact on student assessments. Link to Assurance (b)3 can be viewed on page 139.

Indicator C - Standards and Assessments

C1-Information for the State's reading\language arts, mathematics and science assessment system is publically available

C2-Confirmation that the State has developed and implemented valid and reliable alternate assessments for students with disabilities

C3-Information collected for the State's alternate assessments for students with disabilities is publically available on a website

C4-State analysis of the appropriateness and effectiveness of the accommodations it provides to students with disabilities to ensure meaningful participation in State assessments

C5 - Discloses State data for students with disabilities who took assessments in Language Arts, Reading or Mathematics

C6-Confirm that the State has completed within the last two years, an analysis of the accommodations provided to LEP students.

C7-The State provides native language versions of State assessments for LEP students

C8 - Discloses State data for students with Limited English Proviciency (LEP) who took assessments in Reading, Language Arts or Mathematics

C9-State Report Card with most recent available State reading and mathematics NAEP assessments results

C10 - Discloses the number and percentage of student (by sub-group) who graduated from High School

C11 - Plan for reporting the number and percentage of students who graduated from high school and enrolled in an institution of higher education within 16 months of receiving a regular high school diploma

C12 - Plan for reporting by student subgroup, the number of students who, within 16 months of graduating from a regular high school, completed at least one year's worth of college credits within two years of enrolment in the IHE.

Indicator D - Supporting Struggling Schools

D1 1L - Discloses the average Statewide gain on State Language Arts assessments for all student and student sub-groups attending a Title I school

D1 2L - Discloses the average School gain on State Language Arts assessments for all student and student sub-groups attending a Title I school

D2 1M - Discloses the average Statewide gain on State Mathematics assessments for all students and student sub-groups attending a Title I school

D2 2M - Discloses the average Statewide gain by school on State Mathematics assessments for all students and student sub-groups attending a Title I school

D2 1R - Discloses the average Statewide gain on State Reading assessments for all students and student sub-groups attending a Title I school

D2 2R - Discloses the average Statewide gain by school on State Reading assessments for all students and student sub-groups attending a Title I school

D3 - Discloses the name and status of Title I schools that have been identified as persistently lowest achieving schools

D4 - Discloses persistently lowest-achieving Title I schools, their "designation", and current identity

D5 - Discloses persistently low achieving schools that are eligible for Title I funding but do not receive any funds

D6 - Discloses persistently lowest achieving secondary schools that are eligible for, but not receiving Title I funds

D7 - Discloses number of charter schools that are permitted to operate under State Law

D8 - Discloses number of charter schools that are operating in a District

D9 - Discloses the percent and number of charter schools that made progress in Reading and Language Arts

D10 - Discloses percent and number of charter schools that made progress in Mathematics

D11 - Discloses the number and identity of Charter Schools that have closed within the last five plus years

D12 - This report individually lists charter schools that have closed within the last five years from the date of the report and the reason for closure.
