Boise High School, Boise, Idaho

Boise High School, located in downtown Boise, will implement an "urban garden," constructed by students as part of an on-going campaign to encourage the study of vegetable and native plants, civic participation and community service. In the summers the garden will be used as a Downtown Teaching Farm to encourage community members to get involved in gardening. More information can be found on the school's garden blog at http://downtownteachingfarm.blogspot.com/ .
