Welcome to the Idaho State Department of Education Web site. It is my honor to serve the citizens of Idaho as the Superintendent of Public Instruction. My administration has two major objectives. The first objective is to raise student achievement. The second equally important objective is to provide our school districts with the timely, helpful assistance they need to raise student achievement in Idaho. Our staff stands ready to assist our local schools, to meet challenges head on and turn Idaho's good public school system into a great public school system.
